delicious little cakes

I bake these tartlets in tartlet pans that have a diameter of 12 cm. This also works with smaller pans, of course. Make a dough from the flour, butter, sugar, egg, and a pinch of salt. Wrap the dough in cling film and chill for 30 minutes. Then knead the dough again and divide it evenly among the tartlet pans, pulling up the edges slightly. Wash the lime, pat it dry, grate the zest, and then squeeze it. Mix the quark, yogurt, sugar, eggs, lime juice, and lime zest together and fill the tartlets with the mixture. Preheat the oven and bake at 170 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) or 150 degrees Celsius (fan-assisted) for about 45 minutes. In the meantime, peel the oranges and grapefruits thickly, removing all the white pith, and cut out the segments. Just before serving, top the tartlets with the grapefruit and orange segments. Tastes best when lukewarm!
