Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 175 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 300 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- Butter for greasing the molds
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- ½ lemon(s)
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 cl hazelnut liqueur
- 3 apples
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours
Autumnal apple tarts with maple syrup
1. Place all of the dough ingredients in a bowl and knead into a dough with your hands, set aside, and let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 2. In the meantime, place all of the cream ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. 3. Roll out the dough, place it in the baking molds, and poke small holes in the bottom. 4. Then pour the cream into the molds. 5. Thinly slice the apples into the desired shape and place them on the molds. 6. Now bake the finished cakes for 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
