Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 can Pizza tomatoes, approx. 245 ml
- 1 can coconut milk, approx. 400 g
- ½ jar Ajvar, mild, approx. 200 g
- 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan, simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes, and then puree. Tip: Depending on whether you prefer your soup spicy or mild, you can also use spicy ajvar.
