Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • ½ small pointed cabbage
  • 2 m.-large carrot(s)
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 75 g diced ham
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • Clarified butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Clean the leeks and carrots and cut into 3-5 mm thick slices. Halve the pointed cabbage, remove the stalk, and roughly chop the leaves. Heat a large pan and fry the minced meat in a little clarified butter until crumbly. Add the onions and ham and fry briefly. Make a well in the center of the pan and add the cabbage, carrots, and leeks. Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently. Season with salt and pepper and serve. I served it with potato wedges today.
