Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cup of Basmati (250 ml content)
- 2 cups water
- some olive oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 250 g minced meat
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 zucchini
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 2 carrots
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Add the rice and water to a boil. Meanwhile, brown the minced meat in olive oil with the chopped onion. Add the spices. Slice the vegetables and add them to the minced meat. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. Then stir in the rice and serve.
