Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 2 bananas
- 400g Nutella
- 30 g flour
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- some fat to grease the cups

easy and fast
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Mash the bananas with a fork, then mix with the Nutella and egg yolks, then stir in the flour and cinnamon. Stir some of the stiff peaks of the egg whites into the Nutella mixture, then fold in the rest of the egg whites, ideally using a rubber spatula. Grease the coffee cups and divide the mixture between the cups. I use cups with a capacity of about 160 ml (6 oz). Bake the cakes in the preheated oven for about 16 minutes. Eat the cakes straight from the cup or turn them out and serve. This batch makes about 8 servings.
