Gnocchi in chicken and wild garlic cream

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 ½ bunch wild garlic
  • 3 m.-large chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 600 g gnocchi (refrigerated section)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 350 ml chicken broth
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Finely dice the onion and chop the wild garlic. Dice the chicken breast. Heat 1.5 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the chicken cubes. When the cubes are cooked, remove them and keep warm. Drain the liquid in the pan. Add the remaining oil to the pan and sauté the onion. Add the chicken cubes, wild garlic, fish sauce, and gnocchi. Top up with cream and stock. Simmer until the gnocchi are cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
