Delicious savory cheesecake with Camembert and ham, perfect as a party snack, warm or cold. Makes about 12 slices

Mix the flour with the baking powder, add salt, butter, and milk. Knead thoroughly and let rest for a while. In the meantime, lightly grease a round baking dish (approx. 28 cm) with butter. Remove the rind from the Camembert and cut into small cubes. Dice the ham as well. Cream the sour cream and stir in the egg yolk until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and finely chopped parsley. Add the Camembert and ham cubes and fold into the mixture. Roll out the dough and line the greased baking dish with it. Spread the cheese mixture on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat, fan: 180°C) for approx. 25-35 minutes.
