Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 125 g margarine
- 60 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 5 apples
- e.g. lemon juice
- 3 egg yolks
- 300 g sour cream or quark
- ½ pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 80 g sugar
- 3 egg whites
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Make the shortcrust pastry, chill if necessary. Line a greased springform pan with the rolled-out pastry. Form a rim. Prick the base several times with a fork. Wash, peel, halve, and core the apples. Make several lengthwise cuts on the curved side. Drizzle with lemon juice. Thoroughly mix the egg yolks, sour cream or quark, pudding mix, vanilla sugar, and sugar. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Pour 1/3 of the mixture onto the pastry base. Arrange the apples in a circle, curved side up. Pour the remaining mixture over the mixture. Bake at 175°C for about 40 minutes.
