  • 500 g asparagus, green, fresh
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 pack of smoked salmon, approx. 150 g
  • 200 ml Cremefine for cooking
  • 1 tbsp herb cream cheese, e.g. Bresso
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • Herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Clean and chop the asparagus, onion, and garlic, and sauté in a pan. The asparagus should be caramelized with a little sugar; otherwise, it is often a bit bitter. Add the salmon and sauté until the asparagus is al dente. Meanwhile, clean and chop the tomatoes, then add them to the pan and deglaze everything with the Cremefine sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs to taste. For extra flavor, add a tablespoon of Bresso and heat everything together. Serve with the spaghetti. A heavenly spring dish!
