  1. Actually, there should be something completely different, but when I was preparing the meal, it occurred to me that I would rather eat a fruity curry. So we threw everything over again and saw what else I have there to make this happen … unfortunately there was no mango, so there was something else … quickly made a few pictures (to be on the safe side) and there it tasted really good, also quickly, after the meal, wrote down all the ingredients before I forget them again. Since I cook by feeling …;)
  2. Rinse the bell peppers, cut open, remove the core and white skins and cut into fine slices. Cut the spring onions into fine rings. Rinse the chicken breast with cold water, pat dry and cut into pieces. Drain the mandarins while collecting the juice. Cook the rice on the side!
  3. Put the oil in a wok or other suitable pot / pan and heat it up. Sear the meat for a short time. Add the Bombay Curry Dip and mix everything well. Then add the peppers and spring onions, mix and fry briefly while stirring. Then add the chicken stock and let it simmer.
  4. Now add the coconut milk and mix everything well. Make a taste test and then season with salt, pepper, cardamom, turmeric, Thai curry and a little tangerine juice to taste. Simmer for about 10 minutes, then add the mandarins, carefully mix in and season to taste again.
  5. Then it can be served.
  6. Bon appetit !!! Bom apetite !!!
