Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • ½ can corn
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 small can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 400 ml milk
  • 500 g pasta

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. For the sauce, first slice the onions into half rings (or finely if necessary), then sauté them in a pan. Add the minced meat and cook until cooked through, then season everything with salt, pepper, and paprika. Next, add the tomato paste and mix, then the milk and mix everything well. Then add the crème fraîche and the corn. Then add the chopped tomatoes and the sugar. Cook everything until cooked through, and you’re done. For variety, I sometimes add carrots. I also always add a bit of tomato ketchup; it adds a little extra flair.
