Spaghetti with spinach sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 40 g butter
  • 450 g leaf spinach, frozen
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 40 g flour
  • ½ liter of milk
  • salt and pepper
  • some cream
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 hours; Total time approx. 10 hours 15 minutes

Cook spaghetti al dente as usual. Heat butter, sauté onion, add spinach, sauté with flour, deglaze with milk, bring to a boil, puree, season, and add a little cream. Bring back to a boil, season to taste, and stir in the cheese. Serve spaghetti with the sauce.
