Spicy tomato spaghetti

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • some rosemary
  • Sea salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta as usual. Peel the cherry tomatoes. Sauté the garlic in rapeseed oil, finely slice the chili, and add it along with the rosemary sprigs and tomatoes. Season with sea salt and pepper. Simmer briefly. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with pepper before serving.
