Tagliatelle in herb and cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pasta (tagliatelle)
  • 150 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp sage, fresh, chopped
  • 4 tbsp marjoram, fresh, chopped
  • 4 tbsp basil, fresh, chopped
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 100 g Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the sage. Deglaze with the cream and reduce slightly. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and toss with the cream sauce. Sprinkle with the remaining herbs and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
