Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- ½ lemon(s)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 2 sprigs basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the pasta al dente. Meanwhile, combine the lemon juice with the olive oil, grated cheese, pepper, and salt to form a thick sauce. Add the pasta and finely chopped basil leaves. Mix well.
