Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 can kidney beans
- ½ onion(s)
- 30 g oat flakes
- 1 carrot(s)
- 3 mushrooms
- 100 g cheese
- 2 egg whites
- 60 g breadcrumbs
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 tbsp vegetable stock powder
- ½ tsp paprika powder, hot
- ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Pour the kidney beans into a sieve, rinse, and drain. Peel and quarter the onion. Peel and chop the carrot. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Let rest for 10 minutes. Then form 6-7 burger patties and fry in a pan with oil for about 10 minutes.
