Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 handful of mushrooms, dried
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp clarified butter
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- ¼ liter cream
- Milk
- Salt
- nutmeg
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 8 hours 20 minutes
Soak the mushrooms in water the day before, then drain and reserve the water. Fry the onion in clarified butter until translucent, then briefly fry the mushrooms. Make a roux with the butter and flour. Add the mushroom water and cream, then enough milk until the desired consistency is reached. Add the seasonings. Serve best with tagliatelle.
