  • 1,2 kg Pork ribs
  • 400 g Celery bulb
  • 400 g Leek
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 50 ml Vegetable broth
  • Salt, pepper, thyme
  • Oil
  1. Wash the ribs and pat dry, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Brush the fat pan with oil.
  3. Place the ribs on top and fry them in the preheated oven at 200 ° for about 45 minutes.
