Ribs with Celery-leek-vegetables

- 1,2 kg Pork ribs
- 400 g Celery bulb
- 400 g Leek
- 2 Onions
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 50 ml Vegetable broth
- Salt, pepper, thyme
- Oil
- Wash the ribs and pat dry, season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the fat pan with oil.
- Place the ribs on top and fry them in the preheated oven at 200 ° for about 45 minutes.
- In the meantime, clean and wash the celery and cut into 1 – 2 cm cubes.
- Clean and wash the leek and cut into rings.
- Peel the onions, dice finely and sauté in a pan with a little fat until translucent.
