Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, waxy
- 6 sausages, fresh, coarse
- 1 can of tomato paste
- 1 jar bell pepper(s), grilled or fresh
- 500 ml broth
- 1 large onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
- oil
- possibly sauce thickener or
- Cornstarch for thickening

Dice the onion. Press the sausage meat into balls from the casings. Brown it with the diced onion in a large pan with a little oil. Peel and dice the potatoes and fry them in the pan for about 5 minutes. Cut the grilled bell peppers into strips or diamond shapes and add them. Mix in the tomato paste and simmer gently for about 20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and hot paprika. Fresh bell peppers can be used instead of the grilled bell peppers. If there is still too much liquid in the pan, thicken everything further.
