Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g beef goulash
  • 500 g pork goulash
  • 500 g dried meat
  • 500 g smoked pork
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed, seasoned
  • 500 g onion(s)
  • 2 small bottles of Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • 1 small bottle(s) of chili sauce
  • 2 packs of condensed milk, 12.5% ​​fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours

Party dish

Soak the Römertopf in water for 1/2 hour. Very important: Only remove the Römertopf from the water once all the ingredients are prepared. Cut the beef goulash, pork goulash, and smoked pork into bite-sized pieces, dice the dried meat, season the minced meat to taste, and thinly slice the onions. Layer the ingredients in the Römertopf as follows: beef goulash – pork goulash – dried meat – smoked pork – shredded minced meat – onions. Then pour the paprika sauce, chili sauce, and condensed milk over everything. Place the lid on the Römertopf. Then place it in a COLD oven at 180°C (convection oven) for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Serve with rice, bread, and a green salad.
