Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g turkey breast
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 250 g pasta
  • ½ bunch coriander

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

The night before, cut the turkey breast into strips. Peel and crush the garlic. Add the crème fraîche, olive oil, and curry powder, mix, and marinate the meat overnight. The next day, peel and finely chop the shallots. Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Heat the butter and sauté the shallots. Add the turkey and sauté. After 2-3 minutes, add the salt, turmeric, cumin, and chili powder. Dust with flour and deglaze with 1/4 liter of water. Simmer for about 6 minutes. Stir in the yogurt and season to taste. Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta and sprinkle with coriander.
