Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 portion of dough (quiche dough – see basic recipe in my profile)
  • 250 g fish (pangasius, cod)
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 150 g shrimp(s), peeled
  • 100 g peeled crabs, or mussels (dto.) optional
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt
  • dill
  • n. B. Cheese, grated, mild (Edam or Gouda)

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Prepare the batter according to the basic recipe and line the dish, including the rim. Cut everything into small pieces and spread evenly on the batter. Mix the topping of crème fraîche, sour cream, eggs, salt, and a little dill and pour it over the fish. Sprinkle lightly with grated cheese, if desired. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) using top/bottom heat.
