Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 dough (quiche dough), see my recipe in the database
- 4 small zucchini
- 1 cup of crème fraîche, natural
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper
- curry
- some butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
French recipe
Prepare the dough according to my basic recipe and line the dish. Wash the zucchini and slice it thinly. Brown it in a pan with butter and season lightly with salt and pepper. Mix together a topping of crème fraîche and the eggs and season generously with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Spread the zucchini on the quiche dough, pour the topping over it, and bake the quiche for 25-30 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat).
