Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 40 g flour
  • some salt and pepper, black
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking sheet. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season the flour with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs with a fork. Coat the chicken breast pieces first in the flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Tap off any excess breading. Place the breaded chicken breast pieces on the baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Brush all over with oil and bake in the oven for another 10 minutes. Serve with French fries and a dip.
