Puff pastry pockets with pumpkin

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 packs of puff pastry
  • 1 small pumpkin(s) (e.g. Hokkaido or acorn squash)
  • 250 g ham
  • 180 g crème fraîche
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the ham into small pieces, peel the pumpkin, and cut it into small cubes. Combine the ham, cheese, pumpkin, and crème fraîche. Cut the puff pastry once lengthwise and twice widthwise to create large squares. Place the mixture on the squares and form parcels. Brush with egg and bake in the oven at 130°C for about 30 minutes.
