Seafood and spaghetti in white wine sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 300 g seafood, frozen
  • 1 garlic clove(s), according to taste
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 150 ml white wine
  • some olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly chili flakes or 1 chili pepper
  • some thyme
  • some parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

simple and delicious

First, cook the spaghetti in salted water. Dice the garlic clove and sauté briefly in olive oil. Then add the seafood, lemon juice, and herbs. Deglaze everything with white wine. Let the seafood simmer for at least 15 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Serve everything together and garnish with parsley.
