Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g pasta, Kritharaki (Greek pasta)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion(s), halved and finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 300 g white cabbage, sliced
  • 1 tbsp caraway seeds, ground
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 38 minutes

Spicy seasoning, especially suitable for singles

Cook the pasta. Melt the butter and sauté the onion, garlic, and parsley until translucent. Add the cabbage, caraway, cumin, and sugar, and let the cabbage wilt. Season with salt and pepper and pour in the broth. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until al dente. Serve together.
