Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tomatoes, peeled or pureed
- 250 g cheese, grated
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) white pepper
- 1 bunch of oregano
- 1 cup of cream
- 2 tbsp flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Make a puree from the tomatoes and heat it in a saucepan. Melt the grated cheese in it, add the spices. Mix the flour with the cream and use it to thicken the tomato puree. Season to taste and serve with baguette and salad.
