Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 10 king prawns – tails, raw
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 apples (250 g)
- 3 tsp curry powder
- 4 tsp oil (rapeseed oil)
- 200 ml chicken broth
- 300 g broccoli
- 4 tbsp yogurt (1.5%)
- 1 lime(s)
- salt and pepper
- Sugar

Finely dice the tomato, garlic, and apple. Sauté everything in oil with the curry in a steamer. Add the broth, cover, and bring to a boil. Add the broccoli to the steamer and cook for about 5 minutes. Then add the shrimp and cook over the curry broth, covered, for about 4–6 minutes over medium heat. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Purée the sauce and yogurt and season with lime juice, salt, pepper, and sugar.
