Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- 3 cucumber(s)
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Parsley
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Hard-boil and peel the eggs. Finely chop the egg whites. Whisk the egg yolks and mustard until smooth, adding a drop at a time and finally stirring in a little vinegar. Stir in the finely chopped parsley, cucumber, and egg whites. Season with salt and pepper.
