Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g quark
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pinch(s) of aromatics
  • onion powder
  • curry
  • Mustard
  • Tomato paste
  • Garlic
  • Herbs, as much as you like

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

3-4 variants possible

Mix the quark and sour cream with the flavoring and divide it among as many bowls as you want to make sauces. Now stir in curry, mustard, herbs, or tomato paste, as desired, into each bowl. You can use either dill or parsley alone, or you can use herb blends such as Provençal herbs.
