pointed cabbage with smoked salmon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g pointed cabbage, cut into strips
  • 1 small onion(s), chopped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 150 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp dill, chopped
  • 1 pinch(s) nutmeg
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Smoked salmon, cut into strips
  • some coconut oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Sauté the onion and garlic in coconut oil until translucent. Add the cabbage and sauté for another 5 minutes. Season, pour in the milk, and simmer uncovered for about 5-10 minutes. Stir in the smoked salmon strips, season to taste, and serve with potatoes.
