Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ Hokkaido pumpkin(s)
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 500 g rice flour
- 6 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 pinch of vanilla
- n. B. Fat for the waffle iron
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
delicious and healthy
Wash and chop the pumpkin, then simmer. Once the pumpkin is tender, drain and puree or blend. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Bake the batter in batches in the waffle iron. Important: Always grease the waffle iron.
