Chicken breast in cheese and cream sauce

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g chicken
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 300 g corn
  • 200 ml cream
  • 250g Gouda
  • 1 bunch of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the chicken and cut into small pieces. Finely chop the onions and garlic and sauté them in a pan. Then add the corn to the onions and, after a moment, add the chicken and cook well. Once everything is cooked, add the cream to the other ingredients and slowly add the cheese until it reaches a thick consistency. Serve with bread and enjoy, garnishing with chives.
