Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 250 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 250 g flour, wheat flour (type 405)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 egg(s)
- 140 g sugar
- 1 tbsp orange peel, grated or 1 x Finesse Orange
- 60 g margarine (Lätta)
- 250 ml milk, low-fat (1.5%)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 180°C. Wash and sort the fresh blueberries. Remove frozen ones from the freezer but do not thaw. Dust the berries with powdered sugar. Place the flour in a bowl and mix with the baking powder. In a second bowl, lightly whisk the egg. Add the sugar, orange zest or Finesse Orange, Lätta, and milk and mix. Stir in the flour mixture and finally, carefully fold in the fruit. Pour the batter into the muffin tins, filling them two-thirds full. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Remove the muffins from the oven and let them rest in the tin for another 5 minutes. Remove from the tin and let them cool on a wire rack. LF30: 15.73% Approx. per piece: 185 kcal 3.19 g F
