Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g turkey strips
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. Nutmeg
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 can peas, preferably a small one from Bonduelle
- e.g. bacon, diced
- lemon juice
- some flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Season the turkey strips with salt and pepper and dust with flour. Finely dice the onion. Drain the peas. Dice the bacon. Heat a pan and add butter or clarified butter. Fry the strips until golden brown, then add the onions. Add the peas and bacon. If desired, deglaze with white wine. Add the vegetable stock and simmer briefly. Add the cream and a squeeze of lemon juice. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
