Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large banana(s)
- ½ mango(s)
- 150 g strawberries
- 1 small kiwi(s)
- 2 tbsp low-fat yogurt
- 1 jar milk
- 1 tbsp, levelled sugar, or sweetener
- 2 ice cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine everything in a smoothie maker or blender and puree. You can also use an immersion blender. Garnish with fresh fruit and enjoy cold.
