Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g strawberries, fresh
- 1 small banana(s)
- 5 mint leaves, fresh, as desired
- 20 g oat flakes
- 15 g brown sugar
- 5 g vanilla sugar
- 150 ml milk
- lemon juice, optional

easy & quick to prepare
Remove the green parts from the strawberries and wash them. Wash the mint leaves as well. Peel the banana. Place everything in a blender and puree. Then add the oats, sugar, and milk and puree again. Optionally, season the smoothie with a squeeze of lemon juice.
