Coconut-banana milk

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 400 ml milk
  • 8 cl coconut liqueur, or coconut milk as desired
  • ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with or without alcohol

Puree the banana and mix with the remaining ingredients. For a non-alcoholic version, you can substitute some of the milk with coconut milk if you prefer a more intense coconut flavor. Pour into two glasses with ice cubes.
