Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 ml vodka
  • 120 ml orange juice
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp syrup (sugar)
  • Ice, crushed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

A slightly different vodka

Blend vodka, orange juice, egg yolk, and simple syrup with several crushed ice cubes until smooth. Half-fill a large chilled tumbler with crushed ice cubes and pour the cocktail over the top without a strainer.
