Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potato dumplings
  • 300 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 large red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • 3 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp herbs de Provence
  • Paprika powder
  • chili powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cut the chicken into very small pieces, season with plenty of paprika powder and fry until very hot in a pan. Remove the meat from the pan and fry the potato dumplings in it. Add the bell pepper, onion and garlic and fry. Then add the meat and herbs de Provence, fold in the crème fraîche and season everything with salt and pepper. Cut 1 mozzarella ball into pieces, fold in and let it melt. Add a little chili powder. Put everything in a baking dish. Slice the second mozzarella ball and arrange it on top. Place in the oven at 200°C and bake until the mozzarella on top has melted slightly. Sprinkle with chili powder before serving.
