Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 8 eggs
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise, low-fat
- 2 tbsp low-fat yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- dill
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Hard-boil and peel the eggs, then halve them and remove the yolks. Dice the egg whites and mix them with the mayonnaise and yogurt. Then season the salad with lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper.
