Savory pancakes with mushrooms

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 400 ml milk
  • 100 ml carbonated mineral water
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 can mushrooms, sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk the 4 eggs, then add the milk and mineral water, and mix with a whisk. Now add the teaspoon of salt to the batter and incorporate the flour. Then stir in the cup of crème fraîche and finally, add the can of mushrooms. Heat oil in a pan and add a ladleful of batter to each side. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
