Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 onions
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 200 g sliced mushrooms
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- ½ cup(s) water
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Sift flour into a bowl. Add salt, eggs, and milk; stir until a thin batter forms. Let the batter stand briefly so the flour can swell. Heat fat in a pan. Cook the pancakes and keep them hot. Ham filling: Sauté 2 onions in margarine. Add the mushrooms and diced ham to the onions. Dust with 1 tablespoon of flour. Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 1/2 cup of water, and pepper; stir everything together. Simmer for 2 minutes. Fill the pancakes with the filling.
