Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 m.-large spring onion(s)
- 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 200 g sweet cream
- 5 tbsp oil
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions. In the meantime, chop the spring onions into 3-4 cm long pieces, finely slice the white onion, and then clean it thoroughly. Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop them, or crush them with a knife. Heat the oil in a large pan, add the spring onions and garlic, and fry for about 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently. Finally, add the cream, season with salt, and bring to a boil briefly. Mix the spaghetti with the spring onions in the pan. Enjoy!
