Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (farfalle)
  • 3 bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Parmesan
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil the pasta (you can also use tortellini if ​​you like). Meanwhile, wash and slice the bell peppers, finely dice the onion, and peel the garlic. Drain the pasta, mix it with the bell peppers and onions in a large pan or saucepan, add the crème fraîche, and season with chili, salt, pepper, garlic, and vegetable stock. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, then season to taste. If desired, add a little more hot chili paste (salsa picante) and a sprinkling of tomato paste for a nice color. Serve, sprinkled with fresh Parmesan and basil, and enjoy.
