Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta (farfalle)
- 3 bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
- 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
- Salt
- pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Garlic
- 1 onion(s)
- Parmesan
- basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Boil the pasta (you can also use tortellini if you like). Meanwhile, wash and slice the bell peppers, finely dice the onion, and peel the garlic. Drain the pasta, mix it with the bell peppers and onions in a large pan or saucepan, add the crème fraîche, and season with chili, salt, pepper, garlic, and vegetable stock. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, then season to taste. If desired, add a little more hot chili paste (salsa picante) and a sprinkling of tomato paste for a nice color. Serve, sprinkled with fresh Parmesan and basil, and enjoy.
