Apple cake with walnuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp
  • 150 g flour
  • 2 tsp, smothered cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 350 g apples
  • 50 g walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

very juicy

Whisk together the eggs, sugar, melted fat, and scraped vanilla seeds. Combine the flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder and stir into the batter. Blend until smooth. Peel the apples, remove the cores, and coarsely grate them. Stir the apples and nuts into the batter. Thoroughly grease a baking pan and pour in the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 55 minutes. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
