Pasta with simple cheese and nut sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 150 g blue cheese
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 30 g walnuts, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Peel and finely dice the onion, and sauté it in melted butter. Pour in the milk and broth and simmer for 5 minutes. Crumble the cheese and melt it in the sauce over low heat. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice, and mix well with the pasta and walnuts.
